All prices in our catalog are US dollars. In stock items ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of your order. Backordered items typically take four to six weeks to arrive.

We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. If you shop for Lands Downunder merchandise, any personal information that you may share with us is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is shared with or sold, given or traded to any outside company or agency. We understand the value of your privacy and do our best to protect it.
Retail Returns and Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our goal. We gladly accept returns of unopened merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price. Opened, saleable merchandise may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the shipping date from our facilities. Shipping for returns is the purchaser's responsibility.
International Orders
At this time, we can only ship retail orders to the United States and Canada. All orders shipped to Canada should use the Canadian shipping option of our order form. The purchaser will be responsible for any and all Canadian duties and taxes resulting from the purchase.
